J. Scott Benson - Chairman/CEO

Scott is a serial entrepreneur with 30 years of experience running technology companies, including roles as Chairman, CEO, President, COO, VP of Marketing, Managing Director, VP of International Operations and VP of Sales. Scott was a founder and CEO of Valent Software. Prior to that he was a founder and VP of Sales for Accordance Corporation, which merged with Software.com, where he served on the BOD and as their VP of Marketing. Prior to this Scott co-founded and served as the President of Microsystems Software.

Leigh Turner - Chief Technology Officer

Leigh has over 21 years of software management and development experience. He recently served as the CTO for Wandrian, Inc., was the co-founder and VP of Development for Valent Software; and subsequently after the company’s sale to Lycos, Inc. in 2000, held the position of Director of Community Development. Prior to Valent, Turner was also the Principal Software Architect & Director of Platforms and Infrastructure at CompuServe Inc.

Chris Williams - Chief Strategist  

Chris has 30 years experience founding, managing, and selling technology companies. Recently, he was CTO at Free Flow Power Corporation, co-founded several Internet startups, including Nexaweb Technologies, and Valent Software, where he served as CTO. Subsequent to its sale to Lycos, Inc., Chris served as its Chief Architect.

Anthony Antonuccio - Chief Marketing Officer    

Anthony has over 25 years of strategic planning, marketing, and product management experience.  He co-founded three software companies (Sytron Corporation, Vivo Software and Valent Software) that were profitably acquired, recently served as VP of Product at Sermo, Inc, and formerly established the Product Management group for Novell, Inc., as their VP of Product Planning and Management.
